Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Design, write, and produce proposals (Public, Private Tenders & OJECs), presentations, and marketing collateral in alignment with brand standards
• Develop new materials to support business development activities
• Perform multiple marketing efforts against rapid and frequent deadlines
• Write and update case stories and staff resumes
• Monitor procurement websites for new tenders and coordinate responses
• Maintain information systems, including project documentation, resumes, and image libraries
• Collaborate with principals and senior staff as an integrated member of the marketing team

Requirements

• Fluency in German is essential
• Professional marketing experience within a design, property, or professional services firm
• Degree in Journalism, Business, Architecture, Interior Design, Graphic Design, Communications, or Marketing
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign is a must
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
• Strong graphic communication and design skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
