Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and follow up on first- and third-party events across the DACH region
• Translate sales priorities into localized campaigns with the Regional DACH Marketing Lead
• Execute joint marketing programs with regional partners and track ROI
• Coordinate landing pages, email nurtures, and webinars with Marketing Operations
• Support EMEA digital tactics including paid, organic social, and employee advocacy
• Track, analyze, and report campaign and event performance to optimize pipeline impact
• Maintain cross-functional communication with Sales, SDR, and Partner teams
• Own operational workflows including localization, asset management, and calendar management

Requirements

• Fluent in German and English with ability to tailor messaging for DACH audiences
• Some experience in B2B marketing, events, or partner marketing
• Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills
• Data-aware mindset with ability to use analytics to evaluate performance
• Collaborative communicator who builds trust across Sales and Marketing teams
• Creative problem-solver with resilience in a fast-moving environment
• Experience with marketing automation, webinar platforms, or CMS is a plus
• Right to work in the UK required
