Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Monitor marketing trends and implement new strategies and campaigns
• Analyze fan base demographics to target shows, tours, and festivals
• Coordinate day-of-show activities including radio setups and media escorts
• Create, proofread, and distribute weekly newsletters and e-blasts
• Develop and manage social media accounts and promotional giveaways
• Collaborate with artists for social media promotion
• Create and deliver show settlements including actuals and campaign notes
• Manage ticket links, pre-sale passwords, and venue website accuracy
• Coordinate asset trafficking for digital media campaigns
• Maintain relationships with partners, co-promoters, and media
• Organize artist promotions and meet and greets

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalency
• 2-4 years of related work experience
• Experience calendaring events
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Photoshop
• Basic accounting knowledge
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong PR and social media skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Knowledge of the music industry
