Marketing Conversion & CX Manager

Responsibilities

• Define customer journey stages, diagnostics, and actionable strategies to accelerate growth
• Oversee lead management processes and ensure seamless sales handoffs
• Develop and execute content strategies that align with the overall funnel strategy
• Partner with sales and product managers to create compelling value propositions
• Drive commercial excellence by documenting and scaling best practices across business units
• Utilize data and customer insights to design and review customer journeys
• Monitor funnel performance to ensure marketing activities align with growth targets

Requirements

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Systems, Data/Analytics, Service Design, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in CX, marketing, or commercial roles
• Proven experience working in a B2B or B2C environment
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
• Strong ability to influence cross-functionally and drive measurable commercial impact
