Responsibilities

  • Prospect for new customers and grow existing customer relationships to achieve truck sales objectives
  • Follow up promptly with inbound leads via phone, email, website, and social media
  • Qualify customer needs and recommend suitable truck and trailer inventory
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers through outbound outreach and networking
  • Assist customers through product presentations, negotiations, and financing coordination
  • Promote truck and trailer inventory across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn
  • Create engaging photos, videos, reels, and promotional content showcasing inventory
  • Maintain active social media presence and respond to customer inquiries on digital channels
  • Keep online truck listings updated with accurate descriptions and high-quality photos

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service
  • Comfortable creating content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer applications
  • Ability to manage multiple quotes and priorities simultaneously
  • Experience in trucking, transportation, automotive, or heavy equipment is an asset
  • Valid G driver's license is an asset

Preferred Qualifications

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or Communications
  • Proven track record of sales success
