Marketing Content Creator & Video Editor

Responsibilities

• Edit engaging short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook Reels, and YouTube Shorts
• Design graphics for social media, email marketing, digital ads, websites, and print materials
• Create Canva templates and marketing assets for franchise locations
• Repurpose long-form content into multiple pieces of social media content
• Create simple motion graphics, animated text, and video overlays
• Capture content at classes, events, and behind-the-scenes moments
• Help brainstorm and execute marketing campaigns
• Organize and maintain photo, video, and brand asset libraries
• Stay on top of social media trends and proactively bring fresh ideas to the team
• Ensure all creative work reflects the DivaDance brand

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience creating marketing content
• Strong experience editing short-form social media video
• Proficiency in Canva
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and short-form video trends
• Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude to enhance workflows
• Ability to work in person from the Austin headquarters

Preferred Qualifications

• Photography or videography experience
• Motion graphics or After Effects experience
• Experience creating content for Meta Ads
• Experience with lifestyle, fitness, entertainment, or consumer brands
