Marketing Content Creator & Broadcast Producer

Responsibilities

• Create engaging video, photo, and social content to support Factorial's employer branding strategy
• Develop compelling stories that showcase company culture, teams, and employee experience
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to produce campaigns that attract top talent
• Manage the full content production lifecycle, including scripting, filming, and editing
• Own the technical production of weekly company-wide livestreams and internal broadcasts
• Set up and manage audio, video, and streaming equipment for live events
• Troubleshoot production issues in real time to ensure high-quality viewing experiences

Requirements

• Portfolio demonstrating strong storytelling through video, photography, or digital campaigns
• Experience creating content focused on employer branding, culture, or corporate communications
• Hands-on experience with livestreaming and broadcast production tools
• Proficiency with editing software such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut
• Knowledge of audio and video equipment, including cameras, microphones, and streaming setups
• Intermediate or higher level of English proficiency
