Marketing Communications Specialist

Responsibilities

• Create relationship-building and loyalty-focused content for customers
• Contribute to UX copywriting and update customer support content
• Collaborate with brand, product, and development teams on new product launches
• Assist the Customer Service team by creating support content and training agents
• Provide guidelines to graphic designers, translators, and other support teams
• Ensure the quality of all customer communications and generate performance reports

Requirements

• Degree in marketing
• 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing communications, UX copywriting, or a relevant field
• Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken)
• Strong writing and organizational skills
• Knowledge of relationship marketing, customer loyalty, and UX
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and autonomously

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency with CRM software
