Marketing Communications Specialist II

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, coordination, production, and execution of marketing communication projects across multiple channels including print, digital signage, and trade show materials.
• Improve marketing operations by developing scalable workflows and optimizing signage and print processes.
• Manage the annual MarCom materials and translation budget, including vendor quotes, purchase orders, and expense tracking.
• Publish and schedule content for digital signage through Skykit to ensure alignment with marketing campaigns.
• Maintain and optimize the MarCom SharePoint Resource Center to ensure marketing assets remain organized and accessible.
• Coordinate translation projects from intake through delivery to improve efficiency and consistency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Marketing Communications.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with experience using tools such as Workfront.
• Experience with commercial print production, vendor management, and retail marketing materials.
• Proven experience in budget management, including purchase orders and invoice processing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder management.
