Marketing & Communications Specialist

Responsibilities

• Create social media content tailored for the region
• Manage internal communications within Colombia
• Support various company departments in creating internal and external communications and assets
• Manage customer relations through the customer service mailbox and monitor SAC metrics
• Drive environmental responsibility initiatives within the region
• Develop materials for business prospecting
• Update internal materials in accordance with brand guidelines
• Safeguard the company's brand image, including the correct use of logos, colors, and communications
• Create and support initiatives in collaboration with the Human Resources department

Requirements

• University degree in Communications, Audiovisual Design, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Communications, Audiovisual Design, copywriting, or media management
• Proven experience in internal communications and customer service
• Proficiency in social media management
• Intermediate to Advanced level of English
