Marketing & Communications Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of internal communication initiatives, including emails, newsletters, intranet content, and presentations
• Coordinate internal events and employee engagement activities
• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns
• Create and manage content across digital channels such as web and social media
• Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all communications
• Work closely with internal teams including Marketing, HR, and various business units
• Support project coordination and track the progress of key initiatives

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
• Native-level Japanese and business-level English
• Experience in a Japanese corporate environment is preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Basic understanding of digital tools and platforms
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
