About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage creative project intake, develop timelines, and coordinate creative services, advertising, and promotional materials.
- Train campus departments on project management software to submit video, photography, web, digital, and print design requests.
- Traffic projects through creative and digital teams while ensuring all deliverables align with TXWES brand standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with print and promotional vendors to ensure timely production of campaigns.
- Oversee campus visual branding strategy, including regular checks and updates to campus signage, kiosks, and banners.
- Support the broader marketing team with website updates, creative brainstorming, survey creation, and copywriting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience managing production schedules in a creative office or production environment.
- Knowledge of the print production process and experience sourcing promotional materials.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
- High attention to detail and the ability to work independently under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of basic creative services including graphic design, social media, and copywriting.
- Experience using project workflow management software.
