Marketing & Communications Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage creative project intake, develop timelines, and coordinate creative services, advertising, and promotional materials.
• Train campus departments on project management software to submit video, photography, web, digital, and print design requests.
• Traffic projects through creative and digital teams while ensuring all deliverables align with TXWES brand standards.
• Develop and maintain relationships with print and promotional vendors to ensure timely production of campaigns.
• Oversee campus visual branding strategy, including regular checks and updates to campus signage, kiosks, and banners.
• Support the broader marketing team with website updates, creative brainstorming, survey creation, and copywriting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience managing production schedules in a creative office or production environment.
• Knowledge of the print production process and experience sourcing promotional materials.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
• High attention to detail and the ability to work independently under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic creative services including graphic design, social media, and copywriting.
• Experience using project workflow management software.
