Marketing & Communications Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies and comprehensive marketing plans aligned with company objectives.
• Manage brand identity and values across all digital and offline marketing channels.
• Oversee multi-channel campaigns including social media, email, website, paid advertising, print, and events.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors to ensure marketing deliverables are met on time and within budget.
• Contribute to public relations efforts through media outreach, promotions, and press releases.
• Plan and monitor social media campaigns to ensure high engagement and performance.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the sales team to drive outreach and support revenue goals.
• Develop and manage the marketing budget effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 4-5 years of proven experience in marketing or communications.
• Strong understanding of digital, social media, and offline marketing strategies.
• Proficiency in marketing software and digital tools.
• Strong content creation skills, including writing, editing, and video production.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and strategic planning skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of the Dubai property market.
