Marketing Communications Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of thought leadership content across APAC
• Write and edit articles, opinion pieces, LinkedIn posts, and executive narratives
• Translate complex ideas into clear, engaging, and impactful content
• Support awards strategy, submissions, and logistics across APAC
• Partner with internal teams to identify award-worthy work
• Repurpose event content into social content, articles, and case studies
• Identify media opportunities and support pitching to industry publications
• Establish a consistent content cadence across markets in collaboration with the Marketing VP

Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience in PR, content, editorial, or communications
• Exceptional writing and editing skills in English
• Experience developing thought leadership or long-form content
• Strong understanding of marketing, advertising, and media landscape
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders and translate ideas into narratives
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in agency, advertising media, or editorial/journalism
• Experience working across multiple APAC markets
• Mandarin language skills
• Familiarity with industry platforms such as Campaign or WARC
• Experience supporting events, speaking engagements, or executive profiling
