Responsibilities

• Plan and promote strategic PR activities to maximize media exposure
• Handle media inquiries, arrange photo shoots, and plan events or press conferences
• Build and maintain relationships with local and international media
• Create press releases, news releases, and maintain hotel press kits
• Manage official social media accounts, including content creation and photography direction
• Monitor brand consistency and adherence to corporate identity standards
• Plan and manage influencer marketing initiatives for rooms and restaurants

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience
• Experience in Marketing & Communications or Public Relations
• Business-level English proficiency (approx. 50% usage)
• Native-level Japanese proficiency
• Experience in writing press releases and managing social media
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Valid work authorization for Japan
