Marketing Communications Analyst

Responsibilities

• Create compelling content including press releases, internal announcements, newsletters, website content, and social media posts
• Develop and implement internal communication strategies to keep associates informed about company news and values
• Manage and update social media channels to maintain an active and engaging online presence
• Ensure all communications align with brand guidelines, voice, and strategic objectives
• Provide communication support for corporate events, conferences, and webinars by developing messaging and promotional materials

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in communications, public relations, or corporate marketing
• Fluent written and spoken English is required
• Proficiency with content management systems (CMS), email marketing platforms, and social media management tools
• Understanding of graphic design principles and experience with design software
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working within the healthcare industry
• Strong storytelling ability with experience adapting messages for different audiences
• High level of professionalism and interpersonal skills for interacting with all levels of the organization
• Proficiency in Portuguese
