Responsibilities

• Design and implement marketing campaigns along the customer journey
• Assist in campaign execution to better align content with target groups
• Analyze campaign results and derive optimization opportunities with the team
• Support the efficient and structured design of marketing and communication processes
• Collaborate closely with Content, Data, and Tech teams
• Help develop communication and support for customers at key touchpoints

Requirements

• Currently studying Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a comparable field
• Initial practical experience in marketing, CRM, growth, or digital environments
• Interest in data-driven marketing and campaign analysis
• Understanding of customer journeys, target groups, and personalized communication
• Structured, independent, and hands-on working style
• Very good written and spoken German skills
