Marketing & Communication Procurement Apprentice

Responsibilities

• Create appropriate e-PORs for the team
• Identify suppliers and conduct Request for Quotations (RFQ) as required by projects
• Manage the end-to-end purchasing process, ensuring all steps from ordering to invoicing are validated by procurement and finance departments
• Perform monthly budget expenditure tracking and reporting
• Facilitate the internal purchasing process and improve supplier understanding of company procedures

Requirements

• M1 degree with a specialization in Procurement
• Strong interest in communication services (e.g., printing, prototyping, graphic design, booth construction)
• Fluency in English (both spoken and written)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for report management
• Organized, rigorous, and detail-oriented
• Excellent communication and active listening skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience or familiarity with SAP
