Marketing & Communication Manager

Responsibilities

• Define and execute medium- and short-term marketing and communication priorities in collaboration with the MD and HQ.
• Develop and manage the annual A&P budget, ensuring cost efficiency and high ROI across events, PR, and media.
• Conceive and roll out a comprehensive annual calendar of events and boutique activations to enhance client experience and loyalty.
• Elaborate annual media planning and supervise execution across print and social media to achieve KPI targets.
• Maximize brand exposure by managing PR agencies, securing product placements, and developing relationships with key media and KOLs.
• Oversee local digital presence, including the brand website, Kakao, and e-commerce partnerships like SSG.com.
• Lead and develop a team of two direct reports, fostering a culture of excellence and digital transformation.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience, including successful tenure within the luxury industry.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Korean and English.
• Advanced analytical and negotiation skills to identify and leverage market opportunities.
• Strong content composition skills for brand storytelling and communication.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex, multi-channel marketing projects.
• Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills with a proactive, hands-on mindset.
