About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the Customer Experience and Content Managers with daily operational tasks, including reports and presentations
- Maintain and update the website, including new product pages, seasonal updates, and landing page rollouts
- Coordinate with central teams and external agencies for bug fixes and Jira ticketing
- Assist in content creation for social media, newsletters, and B2B/B2C communication materials
- Support internal communications via the company intranet and digital touchpoints
- Help organize internal and external events
- Coordinate with the international distributor network regarding roundtables and newsletters
Requirements
- Ongoing studies in Marketing or Communications (active student status)
- Advanced level English fluency
- High interest in digital marketing and AI
- Ability to commit to 25–30 hours per week for a 12-month fixed term
- Proactive attitude and strong communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously following an initial onboarding period
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in marketing or project coordination
- Knowledge of webmastering, SEO, or design tools like Photoshop and InDesign
- Proficiency in French or other European languages (Italian, Spanish, Polish, German)
- Previous experience in a marketing or communications trainee role
