About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support the Customer Experience and Content Managers with daily operational tasks, including reports and presentations
  • Maintain and update the website, including new product pages, seasonal updates, and landing page rollouts
  • Coordinate with central teams and external agencies for bug fixes and Jira ticketing
  • Assist in content creation for social media, newsletters, and B2B/B2C communication materials
  • Support internal communications via the company intranet and digital touchpoints
  • Help organize internal and external events
  • Coordinate with the international distributor network regarding roundtables and newsletters

Requirements

  • Ongoing studies in Marketing or Communications (active student status)
  • Advanced level English fluency
  • High interest in digital marketing and AI
  • Ability to commit to 25–30 hours per week for a 12-month fixed term
  • Proactive attitude and strong communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously following an initial onboarding period

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in marketing or project coordination
  • Knowledge of webmastering, SEO, or design tools like Photoshop and InDesign
  • Proficiency in French or other European languages (Italian, Spanish, Polish, German)
  • Previous experience in a marketing or communications trainee role
