Marketing & Communication Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage the company’s LinkedIn page and execute content calendars
• Develop visual materials for social media, newsletters, and events
• Design and distribute internal and external newsletters
• Maintain and update marketing contacts and CRM databases like Salesforce
• Support the organization of industry events and exhibitions
• Update website content, project references, and news
• Monitor and report on digital and offline campaign performance
• Support internal communications and company announcements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or Public Relations
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar marketing role
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe
• Experience managing LinkedIn company pages
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp
• Basic knowledge of Excel and CRM systems
• Advanced English and native/advanced Romanian language skills
• Strong copywriting and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, basic SEO, or WordPress
