Marketing & Communication Apprentice

Responsibilities

• Support internal communication within Covestro Elastomers through newsletters and events
• Create and write various communication materials for sales teams and customers
• Manage and animate the Marketing & Communication SharePoint platform
• Provide marketing support for the development of regional and global projects
• Propose ideas and strategies for digital communication initiatives
• Conduct market research, including value chain studies and competitive landscape analysis

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or entering a Master's degree in Marketing or Communication (starting 2026)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and various digital tools
• Strong communication skills, including oral presentation, writing, and synthesis
• Ability to handle technical and industrial topics with ease
• English language proficiency at a B2 level
• Proactive mindset and ability to propose new ideas

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous professional experience in a similar role, such as an internship
