Marketing Communication Advisor

Responsibilities

• Create relational and loyalty content for customers to improve retention and satisfaction
• Develop and update customer support content and contribute to UX writing
• Collaborate with brand, product, and development teams for new product launches
• Assist the Customer Service team with support content creation and agent training
• Provide guidelines to graphic designers, translators, and other support teams
• Perform quality control on all customer communications
• Generate reports and identify key performance highlights

Requirements

• Degree in marketing with 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing communication, UX writing, or a related field
• Fluency in both French and English (written and oral)
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Knowledge of relational marketing, loyalty programs, and UX principles
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently with strong organizational skills
• Proficiency with CRM software is considered an asset
