Marketing Communication Advisor

Responsibilities

• Create relational and loyalty content to improve customer experience and retention
• Develop targeted communications across email, mobile apps, and social media
• Contribute to UX writing and update customer support content
• Collaborate with brand, product, and development teams for new product launches
• Assist the Customer Service team with support content and agent training
• Provide guidelines to graphic designers, translators, and other support teams
• Perform quality control on all customer-facing communications
• Generate reports and identify key performance highlights

Requirements

• Degree in marketing
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing communication, UX writing, or a related field
• Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken)
• Strong writing and storytelling skills
• Knowledge of relational marketing, loyalty programs, and UX principles
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and autonomously
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency with CRM software
