Marketing Campaign Manager

Responsibilities

• Transform business needs into marketing campaigns through cross-functional collaboration
• Provide insight-driven creative strategy, target audience definition, and omni-channel content development
• Oversee internal and external creative content creation including visuals, A/Vs, emails, and social media
• Build and maintain GenScript LSG brand storytelling across all campaign touchpoints
• Optimize marketing campaign processes and management tools for high-quality production
• Monitor campaign progress, analyze effectiveness, and provide optimization reports
• Oversee the marketing campaigns team's engagement and performance assessment

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above
• 5+ years of work experience
• 2+ years of experience in marketing campaign strategy and execution
• Familiarity with digital marketing channels and campaign analysis methods
• Strong market insight, analytical ability, and strategic thinking
• Excellent organization, coordination, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Fluent spoken English with excellent reading and writing skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Educational background or work experience in the biomedical or biotechnology industry
• Experience planning and implementing large-scale online or offline activities
