About the Company

Dexmate is building the foundation for physical AI — combining a new generation of robots with a universal Physical AI OS, making robots as easy to build and deploy as software. Our mission is to democratize robotics by lowering the barrier to entry and cultivating an open ecosystem that accelerates the evolution of physical AI.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels
  • Develop targeted campaigns aligned to ICPs and key industry verticals
  • Own end-to-end execution of industry events including trade shows, conferences, and roadshows
  • Coordinate logistics, vendors, booth design, and on-site execution
  • Drive high-quality lead generation and support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives
  • Track and report on campaign performance, including leads generated, meetings booked, and pipeline created
  • Analyze ROI and continuously optimize campaigns and channel mix
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, and Content teams to ensure alignment

Requirements

  • 4–7+ years of experience in B2B, B2C marketing, demand generation, or event marketing
  • Proven experience managing integrated campaigns and industry events
  • Experience in enterprise or deep-tech environments (robotics, hardware, AI, or platform)
  • Strong project management skills
  • Data-driven mindset with experience tracking performance and optimizing ROI
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in robotics, automation, or industrial technology
  • Familiarity with long enterprise sales cycles and complex buying processes
  • Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies
  • Experience working closely with sales teams to drive pipeline
