Responsibilities

• Support the EMEA Marketing & BD Manager A&I in developing targeted marketing activity plans aligned with business goals
• Contribute to briefing plans and adhere to internal campaign planning processes and timelines
• Develop and implement cross-channel content campaigns including webinars, blogs, videos, email, and LinkedIn activities
• Manage the EMEA A&I editorial calendar in coordination with US and APAC teams
• Co-develop community engagement approaches for relevant client segments
• Collaborate with the PR team to maximize media resonance
• Coordinate presence at external conferences and create sponsorship materials
• Maintain and publish client-relevant content on AlixPartners and Berylls websites
• Handle budget tracking, reporting, and CRM data maintenance

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in professional services or consulting
• Knowledge of the automotive industry is an advantage
• Business fluency in German and English
• Proven experience in multi-channel campaign management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of digital platforms such as Google Analytics, LinkedIn, and Canva
• Experience with AI tools is desirable
• Structured, independent working style with strong communication skills for senior stakeholders
