Marketing Automations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Own and operate the HubSpot instance, managing workflows, lifecycle stages, segmentation, and data hygiene.
• Support campaign execution for email, ads, and events by building lists and setting up email nurture campaigns.
• Design dashboards and reports to track funnel metrics, campaign performance, attribution, and pipeline.
• Execute marketing operations requests for Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships teams.
• Develop and maintain lead scoring models to ensure high-quality MQL handoffs.
• Operationalize campaign tracking, including landing page forms and UTM configuration.
• Monitor automation health to proactively address broken workflows or deliverability issues.
• Create clear documentation in Notion and train internal teams on HubSpot best practices.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in marketing automation, CRM operations, or a similar marketing ops role.
• Solid hands-on HubSpot expertise, including workflows, lists, lead scoring, and reporting.
• Proven experience building and optimizing email nurture flows and lifecycle programs.
• Strong data proficiency, including understanding UTM tracking and maintaining data quality.
• Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams like Sales and Growth.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to communicate performance findings clearly.
• Fluency in English with strong communication skills.
