Marketing Automation Strategist

Responsibilities

• Create growth hacking strategies to drive a world-class inbound engine using Customer.io
• Develop and execute complex email, push notification, and SMS automation strategies
• Design and document customer journey blueprints in collaboration with key stakeholders
• Strategize and maintain a marketing calendar featuring special offers, blog posts, and bundles
• Grow marketing-qualified leads by converting site traffic through CTAs, landing pages, and acquisition content
• Establish closed-loop analytics to understand how inbound activity converts into customers
• Conduct A/B testing and competitor research to generate monthly campaign reports
• Leverage industry best practices to provide innovative approaches to reaching diverse audiences

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, marketing research, business administration, or a related field
• 3+ years of digital strategy and product management experience in an agency or large organization
• 2+ years of e-commerce email and App marketing automation expertise
• Solid experience with marketing automation tools such as Customer.io, HubSpot, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Excellent analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills
• Superior oral and written English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Subject matter expertise in Customer.io, integrated data processes, and connected systems
• HubSpot certification
• Working proficiency in HTML
