About the role

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop marketing automation workflows and omnichannel campaigns to drive customer engagement and lead conversion.
  • Own Eloqua email marketing performance, including A/B testing and monitoring engagement KPIs.
  • Manage the marketing pipeline by sourcing, qualifying, and nurturing leads to ensure successful hand-off to BDR and SDR teams.
  • Collaborate with Data and Marketing Operations teams to activate data for targeted, personalized messaging.
  • Partner with Campaign Planning and Marketing Strategy teams to ensure accurate activation of automation plans.
  • Utilize project management skills to track and deliver critical marketing execution projects on time using agile practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 3-6 years of relevant experience in marketing automation or demand generation.
  • Expert proficiency in Eloqua, Marketo, and Salesforce.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel, JavaScript, HTML, and diagram software.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and its interdependence with automation.
  • Proven track record of acquiring, nurturing, and scoring leads for sales channels.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional certifications in Eloqua and Marketo.
