About the role
Responsibilities
- Build and optimize nurture sequences, drip campaigns, and triggered workflows
- Design and implement lead scoring models
- Design, build, and deploy email campaigns using HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, ActiveCampaign, or Klaviyo
- A/B test subject lines, copy, CTAs, and send times
- Sync automation platforms with Salesforce, HubSpot CRM, or Zoho
- Ensure accurate lead routing and fast handoffs to sales
- Maintain clean databases and segment audiences by persona, industry, and behavior
- Track and analyze open rates, CTR, conversions, and revenue impact
- Build dashboards using HubSpot, Marketo, Power BI, or Tableau
Requirements
- 2+ years experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or similar)
- Hands-on experience with workflow creation, lead scoring, and email campaigns
- Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills for segmentation and reporting
- Understanding of email compliance and data privacy (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CCPA)
- Ability to work remotely during U.S. business hours
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications in HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot
- Experience with multi-touch attribution
- Background in SaaS, e-commerce, or B2B marketing
- Experience with integrations like Zapier or APIs
