Marketing Automation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and optimize automated marketing workflows, including lead nurture and drip campaigns
• Design and maintain lead scoring models and lifecycle automation sequences
• Execute email marketing campaigns using HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, and other platforms
• Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, copy, and CTAs to improve conversion rates
• Integrate marketing automation platforms with CRMs like Salesforce, HubSpot, and Zoho
• Manage audience segmentation and maintain clean, compliant marketing databases
• Track and analyze campaign performance metrics including open rates, CTR, and revenue impact
• Build dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or ActiveCampaign)
• Hands-on experience with workflow automation, lead scoring, and audience segmentation
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills for data management and reporting
• Understanding of email deliverability, marketing operations, and CRM workflows
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations such as GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and CCPA
• Ability to work remotely during U.S. business hours

Preferred Qualifications

• HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot certifications
• Experience in B2B SaaS or E-commerce environments
• Familiarity with multi-touch attribution and revenue operations
• Experience with Zapier, APIs, and third-party integrations
