Responsibilities

• Manage operational and strategic growth initiatives across the funnel, including multichannel campaigns and automated journeys.
• Identify growth potential and develop customer-oriented strategies for lead nurturing, conversion, and retention.
• Analyze campaign and journey performance (KPIs, segments, timing) to derive concrete optimization measures.
• Collaborate closely with Data and Tech teams to improve tracking, data quality, and automation logic.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree from a top-tier business school.
• Relevant professional experience or internships in a fast-growing startup/scale-up or consulting.
• Analytical, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to derive actions from data.
• Fluency in German and English.

• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• High degree of ownership and a hands-on mentality.
