Marketing Associate

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital channels
• Create and manage content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and website updates
• Coordinate with internal teams to develop marketing collateral, presentations, and case studies
• Support lead-generation activities through email marketing, webinars, and events
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance and prepare marketing reports
• Manage LinkedIn presence and employee advocacy initiatives
• Conduct market and competitor research
• Support event planning and industry conferences
• Maintain marketing databases and track campaigns
• Collaborate with sales and customer success teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, Journalism, or related field
• 0–2 years of experience in marketing or digital marketing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Basic understanding of social media and digital marketing concepts
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and presentation tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Canva
• Experience with LinkedIn marketing
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools
