Marketing Associate - Value and Promotions

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end promotional strategies and key projects for the Middle East market
• Implement the regional Marketing Promotional Calendar to ensure best-in-class execution
• Own weekly reporting on campaign performance and conduct post-campaign analysis to identify growth opportunities
• Champion the consumer voice by delivering plans that offer high value to customers
• Monitor competitor trends and activity to strengthen marketing plans
• Collaborate cross-functionally with global and local teams to drive campaign optimizations

Requirements

• UAE National
• 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Proficiency in Excel and other analytical tools
• Strong analytical and commercial skills with the ability to interpret data into actionable insights
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage multiple stakeholders
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed organization and manage multiple projects simultaneously
