About the role
Responsibilities
- Liaise with event management vendors regarding logistics, exhibit development, and show services
- Negotiate agreements with conference production companies to maximize investment value
- Collaborate with content marketing and graphic design teams to develop promotional plans and support materials
- Attend select industry events to provide on-site coordination and leadership
- Prepare and deliver periodic event ROI reporting to drive continuous improvement
- Plan and coordinate internal meetings and events for the Business Development and Marketing departments
- Partner with Medical, Clinical Operations, and Business Development teams to coordinate Medpace presence at conferences
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in event/tradeshow management, marketing, or communications
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Willingness to work onsite at our campus in Cincinnati, Ohio
- Willingness to travel less than 10% (may fluctuate during peak seasons)
