Marketing Associate

Responsibilities

• Liaise with event management vendors regarding logistics, exhibit development, and show services
• Negotiate agreements with conference production companies to maximize investment value
• Collaborate with content marketing and graphic design teams to develop promotional plans and support materials
• Attend select industry events to provide on-site coordination and leadership
• Prepare and deliver periodic event ROI reporting to drive continuous improvement
• Plan and coordinate internal meetings and events for the Business Development and Marketing departments
• Partner with Medical, Clinical Operations, and Business Development teams to coordinate Medpace presence at conferences

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in event/tradeshow management, marketing, or communications
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Willingness to work onsite at our campus in Cincinnati, Ohio
• Willingness to travel less than 10% (may fluctuate during peak seasons)

• Experience in the life science or clinical development industry
