Marketing Associate Intern

Responsibilities

• Support campaign execution including setup, QA, tracking links, and asset preparation
• Support event planning, vendor coordination, logistics, and on-ground support
• Manage event lead workflows, including list cleanup, CRM uploads, and lead source tagging
• Conduct regular data hygiene checks across marketing systems
• Support the Head of Marketing with priority initiative tracking and campaign calendars
• Document recurring workflows to improve operational processes
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and external vendors to ensure timely execution

Requirements

• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Strong interest in marketing operations and B2B SaaS
• Proactive, reliable, and able to take ownership
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle data/logistics
• Final year student or recent graduate
• Available for a minimum of 6 months
• Based in Singapore with right to work in Singapore

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience or interest in go-to-market execution and events
• Practical problem-solving skills
