Marketing Associate I

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute assigned promotional events and activities to stimulate customer patronage at Harrah's.
• Ensure all events are held to a high standard and on a strict timeline to provide high-quality guest experiences.
• Greet participants and interact with guests on the casino floor to provide prompt, courteous, and friendly service.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of property policies and provide information to guests and staff.
• Evaluate player events and promotions to ensure guest satisfaction, profitability, and market share growth.
• Establish effective communication and working relationships with other departments, corporate offices, and outside vendors.
• Create a fun and festive atmosphere for all events, promotions, and celebrations.

Requirements

• College degree in marketing, hospitality, business administration, or equivalent experience.
• Less than 1 year of experience in organizing events, promotions, or related activities (Level I).
• APS certification and proficiency with casino systems including CMS, LMS, and EMS.
• Proficiency with Microsoft systems and the ability to use Experience One and Completes.
• Ability to obtain a Nevada gaming license.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including days, nights, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift 40 lbs, occasionally push a 90 lb cart, and stand for extended periods.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
