Responsibilities

• Support campaign execution including setup, QA, tracking links, and asset preparation
• Prepare campaign materials, UTM links, landing page checks, and internal launch checklists
• Support event planning, vendor coordination, logistics, inventory, and shipments
• Manage event lead workflows, including list cleanup, CRM uploads, and lead source tagging
• Conduct regular data hygiene checks across marketing systems
• Support the Head of Marketing with priority initiative tracking and campaign calendars
• Document recurring workflows to improve operational processes
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and external vendors to ensure timely execution

Requirements

• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Strong interest in marketing operations and B2B SaaS
• Proactive and reliable with strong ownership
• Strong communication skills for cross-team coordination
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and event logistics
• Practical problem-solver
• Based in Singapore with the right to work (no visa sponsorship available)
