Marketing Associate

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
• Create and curate content for social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency and engagement
• Support coordination of marketing materials, including graphics, copy, and promotional assets
• Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities to inform strategies
• Organize and maintain marketing databases, tracking campaign performance and metrics
• Monitor social media channels and respond to customer inquiries
• Assist in planning and coordinating marketing events and product launches
• Prepare reports and presentations summarizing marketing performance and insights

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an Advanced Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Solid understanding of marketing fundamentals and brand management principles
• Familiarity with social media platforms and their marketing applications
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong attention to accuracy
• Collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams
• Ability to work independently and take initiative on assigned projects

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with digital marketing tools, content creation, or email marketing platforms
• Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar analytics tools
• Knowledge of cosmetics and personal care market trends
