Marketing Associate

Responsibilities

• Execute small-scale marketing projects and programs to support marketing plan objectives
• Support product managers during major new product launches and line extensions
• Lead cross-functional teams in the development of line extensions and new account exclusives
• Manage packaging changes, including graphics updates and budget management
• Conduct qualitative research and concept screening to provide business recommendations
• Perform analytical work, including ad hoc analysis and monthly/trimester reporting
• Collaborate with forecasting, demand planning, and field sales to assist with OSMI issues

Requirements

• BS/BA degree with a business concentration preferred, or 2 years of experience in advertising/marketing
• 2+ years of general business experience
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and direct cross-functional peers
