Marketing Associate

Responsibilities

• Manage media trafficking and campaign management, including updating ad plan templates and building insertion orders
• Ensure proper advertisement placement across TV, print, OOH, and radio mediums
• Coordinate with vendors to track placements, build billing statements, and collect affidavits
• Provide client support by taking meeting notes, coordinating localization of materials, and tracking results for reporting
• Support financial and administrative processes, including invoice reconciliation and managing design order requests
• Build and manage promotional partnerships and negotiate trade opportunities
• Provide on-site support for clients and events as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office within a Mac environment
• Experience with Google Drive and Google Docs
• Knowledge of digital and social media applications
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous marketing experience
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
