Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of online marketing activities, including SEO, SEM, content creation, and lead nurturing.
• Support offline marketing initiatives such as events, partnerships, and promotional activities.
• Help implement monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing campaigns to support enrollments and business KPIs.
• Track and report on marketing KPIs, campaign performance, and lead conversion data.
• Support the management of social media channels, website content, and blogs.
• Coordinate with external partners, agencies, and media outlets.
• Collaborate with the sales team to support lead quality and conversion objectives.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in a marketing support or coordination role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a data-driven mindset.
