Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities

• Assist with logistics for local and international artist visits (hotels, transport, backline, etc.)
• Perform administrative tasks including purchase orders, payment tracking, and contracts
• Write pitches and arguments to present projects to streaming platforms
• Draft and format newsletters for project releases to partners
• Act as an interface between sales, commercial marketing, and promotion departments
• Conduct comparative market studies
• Help organize promotional events such as release parties and album listening sessions
• Assist project managers in implementing marketing campaigns (digital, outdoor, influencer, etc.)

Requirements

• Student in Bac+3, Master I, or Master II with a specialization in Marketing
• Rigorous, organized, and autonomous
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Good stress management skills
• Passion for music and a strong interest in the music industry
• Proficiency in English
