Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the execution and tracking of retail point-of-sale (POS) materials across kiosks and partner stores
• Support PayJoy Connect auditing and reporting to ensure retail compliance and execution standards
• Manage and track deliverables from retail agencies, suppliers, and promoters
• Assist with the coordination of retail activations, campaigns, gifting, and promotional activities
• Maintain marketing inventory records and assist with distribution logistics for retail marketing materials
• Support reporting, administration, and execution tracking related to retail marketing campaigns

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace
• Understanding of retail marketing, point-of-sale execution, and in-store activations
• Experience or knowledge regarding agency and supplier coordination
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work both independently and within a team
• Familiarity with smartphones and mobile applications

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous internship or exposure to marketing or retail environments
• Experience working directly with agencies or field teams
• Basic understanding of reporting and campaign analysis
