Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities

• Manage content calendars and coordinate publishing across TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms
• Repurpose content and track engagement metrics to identify growth opportunities
• Support community growth initiatives for the Live Seller Community and educational platform
• Respond to customer and community inquiries via chat and email across TikTok, Whatnot, and Kajabi
• Assist with livestream scheduling and operational coordination using tools such as Homebase
• Document workflows into SOPs and research tools to automate repetitive tasks

Requirements

• Experience using social media platforms such as TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, or X
• Experience managing content calendars and publishing workflows
• Basic understanding of content marketing and audience growth
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
• Strong written English communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Reliable internet connection and professional remote work setup

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting creators, founders, or personal brands
• Familiarity with online communities or membership platforms such as Kajabi
• Experience supporting e-commerce or online selling businesses
• Familiarity with TikTok Live, Whatnot, or livestream commerce platforms
• Experience documenting SOPs and operational workflows
