Marketing Artist

Responsibilities

• Manage the creative process from concept to completion for marketing assets
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop visual identities and identify emerging marketing methods
• Translate marketing objectives into clear, actionable creative strategies
• Develop high-quality art assets for User Acquisition (UA) and other ongoing marketing efforts
• Evaluate creative performance by analyzing data and turning insights into optimization ideas
• Track social media trends and analyze competitor creatives to stay ahead of the mobile gaming landscape

Requirements

• BS degree in art, animation, graphic design, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in marketing art or a similar role within the mobile games industry
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically After Effects, Photoshop, and Premiere)
• Strong understanding of mobile marketing KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPI, and hook performance
• Hands-on experience with AI generation tools for image, video, SFX, or voice (e.g., Kling, Veo, ElevenLabs)
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with high-volume projects and quick turnarounds
• Strong intuition for the use of music and sound effects in creative production
