Marketing and Transactions Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Balance multiple activities and projects for various team members, tracking action items and delivery dates to ensure completion.
• Develop high-quality pitches and presentations for a wide range of clients to support broker business development.
• Execute marketing campaigns, including scheduling, maintaining mailing lists, and generating campaign reports.
• Update broker transaction records on applicable websites and client contract portals to ensure data availability.
• Manage transaction and due diligence processes, including entering deal sheets, submitting trade records, and preparing invoices.

Requirements

• 1-2+ years of marketing or administrative support experience specifically within Commercial Real Estate.
• Strong proficiency with Adobe InDesign for creating graphic materials and pitch decks.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, including intermediate functions.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Real Estate.
• Experience working with network and cloud-based systems.
