Marketing and Sales Director

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing plans to meet sales budgets and occupancy goals
• Conduct phone and direct sales calls to meet or exceed leasing expectations
• Manage all move-ins and move-outs to achieve maximum revenue performance
• Maintain a meaningful wait list and assist in lead generation activities
• Manage lead tracking and marketing software programs and systems
• Communicate resident needs to the Health & Wellness Director
• Maintain a positive image of the community with residents and the public
• Stay informed on current competition and communicate product updates to associates

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel) and ability to learn new applications
• Knowledge of industry laws, regulations, and guidelines governing senior living communities

Preferred Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in Senior Living or a closely related industry
