Marketing and Promotions Associate

Responsibilities

• Engage in face-to-face sales with potential customers regarding various offers and promotions
• Problem solve and use professional judgment to determine if customers qualify for in-store services
• Analyze data to identify which offers are most successful among customer segments
• Train and develop other representatives on industry best practices

Requirements

• Highly motivated, competitive, and energetic personality
• Strong team-oriented mindset with a desire to have a positive impact on others
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, retail-based environment
• Sales experience is a plus, but not required
